Objective:
Using concrete examples drawn from Primco's experience, trainees will :
- Acquire problem-solving methodology
- Identify a process problem and its nature
- Extract information from available tools
- Target the area of interest, starting from the field and moving towards more complex measurements
- Know the most common causes of failure by type of equipment
- Be aware of sampling and analysis biases
Target group:
- This course is aimed at technicians and engineers from operations and process departments with at least 6 months' professional experience.
- Maximum 8 to 10 people per session.

Implementation / working methods:
1-day interactive face-to-face course, powerpoint support will be shared at the beginning of the course in paper and digital formats.
A questionnaire will be sent to trainees before the course in order to adapt the course content to participants' expectations as far as possible.
A course evaluation questionnaire will be distributed to participants at the end of the course.
